Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for Expedia Sales Flights Hotel Cab Rental Agents based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home. The agent will handle customer inquiries and bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals through phone, email, and online chat.

Daily responsibilities include understanding customer travel needs, recommending suitable options, processing reservations, modifying or canceling bookings, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records in booking systems, meeting sales and service targets, and following company policies and travel partner guidelines. The agent will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes,



share customer feedback, and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with an ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience or knowledge in Rental Management and Car Rental operations, including booking, modifications, and adherence to partner policies.
- Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Comfort with using online travel platforms (such as Expedia or similar), CRM tools, and reservation systems.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules and customer demands.
- Previous experience in travel sales, call center operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support global customers.
