About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented qualified to join our team as an Executive in Working Capital & Mortgage Sales and Operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end processing of working capital loans and mortgage products, from lead generation to disbursement, while ensuring compliance and a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate leads for working capital loans and mortgage/LAP (Loan Against Property) products through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners

- Meet prospective clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable working capital or mortgage solutions
- Guide customers through the loan application process, including documentation and eligibility checks
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and legal/technical teams for loan appraisal, valuation, and approval
- Ensure timely collection and verification of KYC, financial, and property-related documents
- Liaise with banks/NBFCs and internal underwriting teams to track file status and resolve queries




- Manage post-sanction formalities including agreement execution and disbursement processing
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sanctions, and disbursements in CRM/MIS systems
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to drive business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for working capital and mortgage products
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI/regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- 1+ years of experience in working capital, mortgage, LAP, or secured lending sales/operations
- Basic understanding of credit appraisal, financial statements, and property documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Good knowledge of local market and ability to generate business independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/loan management systems
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under deadlines
