Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate, develop, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production processes
- Initiate and manage change control procedures within the production department
- Implement SOPs and conduct training sessions for production personnel
- Monitor ISO system activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP and GDP guidelines in production operations
- Provide training to personnel on material flows within the production process
- Provide training to recent joinees on required documentation standards and procedures and conduct periodic training sessions on product quality and assess training effectiveness
- Collaborate with production managers on documentation and reporting requirements
- Serves as the management system representative for production encompassing Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

BPharm/ MPharm/ MSc Chemistry/Physics/ Microbiology/ BE Electrical/ Mechanical with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably in Pharma/ Glass industry
