? Job Summary

The Executive / Sr. Executive – EHS (Safety) will be responsible for implementing EHS systems, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening process safety, conducting investigations, building safety culture, and ensuring safe plant operations in a chemical manufacturing workplace.

? Key Responsibilities

? EHS Policy & Compliance

- Implement and monitor EHS policies

- Conduct audits & statutory compliance checks

- Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards

? Safety Training & Awareness

- Conduct EHS induction & safety trainings

- Emergency response drills & chemical safety programs





- Drive safety campaigns

? Incident & Accident Management

- Lead incident investigations

- Perform root cause analysis

- Implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

? Process Safety

- Knowledge of PSM elements

- HAZOP / PHA / LOPA understanding

- P&ID; / PFD review capability

? Environment & ETP Coordination

- Support ETP operations

- Monitor effluent, emissions & hazardous waste

? ISO & Statutory Liaison

- Lead ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation

- Coordinate audits & government inspections

? People Management

- Conduct regular toolbox talks

- Maintain EHS documentation formats

- Drive BBS (Behavior Based Safety) initiatives

? Key Skills Required
