· Handle shift-wise production operations of the Extraction Plant.

· Monitor process parameters, production targets, yield, material consumption, and efficiency.

· Ensure smooth operation, start-up, shutdown, and proper shift handover.

· Coordinate with the Maintenance Team for breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and equipment issues.

· Monitor machinery performance and minimize downtime and production losses.

· Handle shift manpower, including operators, helpers, technicians, and contract workers.

· Allocate manpower and ensure proper work distribution, discipline, and productivity.

· Maintain production logs, shift reports, checklists, breakdown records, and other documentation.

· Update production and material-related data in the ERP system.

· Maintain basic knowledge of ERP and MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and computer operations.

· Prepare daily production, manpower, downtime, and shift performance reports.

· Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Utility, EHS, Maintenance,



and other departments.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, PPE, housekeeping, and 5S.

· Identify operational problems and take corrective action in coordination with concerned departments.

· Ensure proper communication between shop floor and office/management.

· Support audits and maintain accurate physical and electronic records.

· Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
