We are looking for a energetic and analytical professional to support our parent organization, ULCCS and its subsidiaries in Management Information System (MIS), financial reporting, finance governance, internal audit coordination, and related finance operations. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders across units to ensure accurate reporting, effective financial monitoring, and support business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of MIS reports across parent organization and its subsidiary entities
- Coordinate with finance teams across business units for collection, validation, and review of financial information
- Perform analysis of financial reports and support monitoring against approved budgets and business plans
- Assist in internal audit activities and follow-up of audit observations across units and subsidiaries
- Support regulatory and management reporting requirements as applicable
- Contribute towards strengthening reporting processes, financial governance, and internal controls
- Generate financial insights and support leadership with decision-making inputs




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance-related requirements
- Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments aligned with finance, MIS, reporting, audit, governance, and business support functions as assigned from time to time

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience OR
- An MBA (Finance) with 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, finance operations, reporting, audit, or related functions

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of MIS preparation and financial reporting
- Knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and finance processes
- Exposure to internal audit and financial control practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
- Ability to work across multiple entities and manage competing priorities

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel periodically to parent organization and/or subsidiary locations as required
- Experience in supporting group finance or multi-unit operations will be an added advantage
