Overview

Serve as the overall UI technical lead for AIQ, driving the design, architecture, and delivery of user experience capabilities across the platform.

Lead execution of critical UI initiatives supporting AIQ roadmap commitments and business deliverables planned for 2026.

Ensure scalable, consistent, and high-quality user experiences across AIQ applications, enabling successful delivery of global program objectives.

Responsibilities

- Build scalable user interface (UI) architecture and reusable components for web applications.
- Direct and support front-end developers. Share best practices for coding and testing.
- Perform design and code reviews to improve performance, quality, and accessibility.
- Work with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to turn requirements into working software.
- Establish guidelines for coding, tools, and UI patterns

Qualifications

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma
- 10+ years in software or frontend development, with past lead experience.
- Transparent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
