Sunshine Vegetables is hiring an Executive — FSMS, Documentation & Compliance for the IQF plant at Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr.

We hold FSSC 22000 and FSSAI certification. Keeping a certificate is not a project with an end date — it is a daily discipline of record integrity, and it is where most certified plants quietly slip. A document at the wrong revision on the line, a monitoring record signed in arrears, an internal audit that ran late: none of it shows until an auditor pulls the file.

This role exists so that never happens here. It is deliberately separate from the Head of Quality, because one person cannot maintain the document set and explicit product for dispatch on the same day.

What the role owns

- Document control. Current revisions in use at the point of work, obsolete copies withdrawn, change history intact
- The record architecture — monitoring records, verification records, retention schedules — complete, legible and retrievable on demand
- Traceability and mock recall. Trace a batch from a named contract farmer's field to a dispatched carton within four hours, and prove it twice a year
- The internal audit programme on schedule, and the CAPA register closed to timeline rather than closed on paper
- Management review, HACCP annual review,



and surveillance audit readiness maintained continuously, not assembled the week before
- Regulatory and customer compliance — FSSAI Schedule 4 Part II, labelling and legal metrology, buyer questionnaires and specification files

What we are looking for

- 5–10 years in food manufacturing QA, degree in Food Technology or Microbiology
- You have maintained a certified FSMS through at least one surveillance audit cycle, hands-on with the documentation
- Certified internal auditor against FSSC 22000 or an equivalent scheme
- You write clearly in English and you are exacting about detail. Half this job is writing; the other half is noticing

What will make you stand out:
- Experience extending a certified scope over a new line
- Frozen, chilled or fresh vegetable processing
- Export documentation for EU or Gulf buyers, or customer audit handling for a QSR or retail account
