About the Role

Our client is a design-led luxury apparel brand based in Bathinda, Punjab. Their pieces are made in a manufacturing setup run largely by women, sold through select stockists and exhibitions, and bought by a clientele that expects craft, not volume. The brand is founder-led and growing, which means its operational backbone is still being built. This role is that backbone.

This is a Design Operations seat, not a design job. You'll run the operational side of the brand while carrying enough design judgment to protect what makes its pieces worth their price. The two halves matter equally.

What You'll Do

- Own the full sales-to-production cycle end to end: from customer enquiry, through payment follow-up, to handing the confirmed order into production and tracking it to delivery
- Coordinate with stockists on stock, licensing, reconciliation, and monthly sales reports
- Resolve customer queries directly: customization requests, order updates
- Maintain the brand's website and keep pricing consistent across its B2B online partners
- Manage exhibition sales alongside the Founder: stock, packing, organisers,



negotiation, budgets, working toward running them independently
- Report operational, financial, marketing, and design team performance to the Founder monthly
- Handle the day-to-day admin that keeps a small brand running: Excel, documentation, emails

Must Have

- Design education, preferably Fashion Business Management or Fashion Communication
- About 1 year of experience
- Strong Excel and documentation skills
- Confident written and verbal communication, since you'll be talking to stockists and customers directly
- Comfortable with hands-on admin work, not just coordination
- Genuine intent to build a life in Bathinda

Positive to Have

- Exposure to retail or stockist operations, exhibitions, or a premium brand environment

Not a Fit If

- No design education at all, including management-only backgrounds
- Fresh graduate or intern-minded
- You want to be designing collections from day one
- Not from Bathinda or nearby, and not willing to relocate and stay

Compensation

₹4.80–6.00 LPA, negotiable for the right fit. Work from office, 6 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM.
