- Manage training delivery scheduler and coordination with training
- partners.




- Administration of reimbursement expenses and coordination for CEO
- Manage scheduled activities such system backup and training coordination
- Conduct HR activities like coordination with recruiters, scheduling
- interviews and office events.
- Manage data related to marketing tracker and campaign related activities.

Skills Required:

- Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
- Must possess solid communication, virtual interaction, and telephonic
- skills.
- Prior experience in tele-marketing role is mandatory.
- Experience in service / administration role is preferred.
- High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and
- virtual conference platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience is a must.
