Position: Executive – Academic Content & Curriculum

Monthly Salary : Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in academic content development, curriculum design, instructional design, or educational publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, study materials, workbooks, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Design learner-centric content aligned with educational objectives and industry requirements.
- Create question banks, assignments, quizzes, and evaluation rubrics.
- Research educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Review and update existing academic content to maintain quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and program teams for content development.
- Ensure content follows organizational standards, learning outcomes, and quality benchmarks.
- Support digital learning initiatives by creating content for LMS, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Assist in pilot testing and collecting feedback to improve content effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation and version control of all academic resources.

Key Attributes:

- 2–5 years of experience in academic content development, curriculum design, instructional design, or educational publishing.
- Experience in NGOs, educational institutions, EdTech organizations, or skill development programs is preferred.





Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Social Sciences, Commerce, Science, Management, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed., M.Ed., or relevant certifications in Instructional Design will be an added advantage.

Key Points:

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Solid academic writing and editing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and AI-assisted content creation tools is desirable.
- Strong research, analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within deadlines.

Yuva Parivartan - A Project of KSWA - was formally launched by President of India, Dr A P J Abdul Kalam to provide unmotivated school dropouts a second chance through short term vocational training and placement assistance. Yuva Parivartan has evolved into the most significant achievement of KSWA and focuses on two main areas, vocational training and community engagement.
