Role Description The Event Coordinator will work on-site in Panaji in a full time capacity, supporting the planning and execution of destination weddings and related events. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event timelines, managing vendor and client communication, and assisting with setup, on-site operations, and breakdown.

The role involves handling logistics such as venue arrangements, materials, and schedules, while ensuring that client expectations are clearly understood and met.

The Event

Coordinator will also track event details,



maintain documentation, and collaborate closely with the production and workshop teams to deliver seamless, high-quality events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to support client relationships and upselling opportunities.
- Ability to work on-site in Panaji, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events or tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in weddings, hospitality, or live events is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools used for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
