About the role

Creator Cove is building India’s first dedicated Creator Runway – a fashion-forward event where top creators walk the ramp in curated looks while brands, fans, and media experience fashion as content.

We’re looking for a high-energy Event Intern to support end-to-end planning and on-ground execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll touch everything from creator coordination and backstage ops to social content and sponsor support.

What you’ll do

- Support the events team in planning and executing the Creator Runway show.
- Help with creator/model coordination: sharing schedules, reminders, and basic briefs.
- Assist in backstage operations: outfit organization, racks, quick changes, and runner tasks.
- Support on-ground logistics: check-in, badges, seating, signage, and guest handling.
- Help set up and manage sponsor/brand activation zones during the event.
- Capture basic photo/video content (B-roll, behind-the-scenes, creator moments) for social media.
- Run errands and handle last-minute tasks to ensure smooth event flow.
- Maintain simple trackers (RSVPs, call times, task lists) in Google Sheets/Excel.

Who you are
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Event Management, Media, Fashion, Marketing, or any field with strong interest in events and creator culture.
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,



high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills; confident talking to creators, vendors, and guests.
- Self-starter who can take instructions quickly and also propose better ways of doing things.
- Flexible with timings, including late evenings and weekends around rehearsals and event day.
- Basic comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and social media apps.

Nice to have:

- Prior experience in college fests, fashion shows, or live events (even as a volunteer).
- Interest in fashion, styling, content creation, or the creator economy.
- Basic photo/video shooting and editing skills (Reels, CapCut, etc.).
