The EV and HEV FuSa and DFMEA leader takes care to standardasie and manage DFMEAand FuSa for EEE/EV/HEV components, subsystems and vehicle systems designed anddeveloped to equip the 2W/3W/4W vehicles under development at TVS MotorCompany, main responsibilities are:

1. To ensure best in class electronic controls and functionsin terms od safety according to ISO 26262 for EV and EV systems
2. To ensure DFMEA process adherence and manage designreviews accordingly
3. Through continuous interaction with HW, SW and testingteam ensure prototypes and tool delivery with Quality in committed time
4. Mainly focus on EV and HEV systems but also on thecomplete vehicle system creating Check gateways.

Role Description Analyse specific requirements for safety in terms ofISO26262.

Define necessary processes, define working model with clearresponsibility chart throughout the process to achieve functional safetyrequirements.

Conduct and steer relevant activitie necessary out of thedefined safety development process for each project

Create and standardasie Safety goals

Conduct and check HARA risk analysis

Reporting

Approve safety concepts

Manage the definition of test requirements.

Prepare the DFMEA chart

Ensure the correct process definition

Manage the introduction of proper chek point and superviseit (Design reviews)

Functional competency

Prepare the DFMEA chart

Excellent leadership skills with experience in building andleading engineering and business teams that may be in multiple locations(International experience preferred)

Management of logistically distributed projects and team

Record of accomplishment of successful vehicle programdevelopment experience, including verification,



and launch of EV and hybridsystems.

Project management experience

Hands on experience in simulation, preferably mathworkstoolchain and/or Scilab, Amesim, Ansys, Opera, Altair, Jmag

Expertise in Mechatronic/Electric/Electronic componenttesting

Knowledge on requirement management tools (like DoorsReqtify, Codebeamer etc. ) and development toolchains.

Ability to work through RCA (why why, 8D, Ishikawa etc)

Leveraging technologies

Knowledge of basic different electrical measurement toolsand test process as well awareness about EV / HV safety standards (CANape,CANalyzer, CANOe etc)
