About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Etsy professional who can independently manage and grow our Etsy store.

This is not a fresher position. Hands-on experience managing Etsy stores is mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword research, product listing optimization, Etsy Ads, competitor research, customer support, and day-to-day store management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for Etsy products
- Create and optimize product titles, tags, descriptions and listings
- Manage and optimize Etsy SEO for better organic visibility
- Manage Etsy Ads and monitor campaign performance
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Improve product visibility, traffic and conversion
- Monitor Etsy Shop Manager, analytics and store performance




- Handle customer queries and day-to-day store operations
- Identify new opportunities to improve Etsy sales and growth
- Use AI tools and other relevant tools to improve productivity and content quality

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Etsy store management experience
- Experience managing one or more Etsy stores
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and Etsy marketplace
- Practical experience with Etsy Ads
- Good keyword research and listing optimization skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the store
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Clothing, Handmade or Personalized products will be an advantage

ImportantEtsy experience is mandatory. Candidates with only Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other marketplace experience but without practical Etsy experience will not be considered.
