About the Role

Technoculture Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced ERPNext / Frappe Developer with strong hands-on experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext. The ideal candidate should have good technical expertise in Python, JavaScript, SQL, Frappe Framework and ERPNext customization, along with a strong functional understanding of at least one ERPNext business domain/module, such as Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Stock, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, Projects, or CRM.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, maintaining, and improving ERP solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext/Frappe applications.




- Configure and customize ERPNext modules based on organizational requirements.
- Develop Custom DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Print Formats, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts.
- Understand business processes and convert functional requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Work closely with functional teams to identify process gaps and implement automation.
- Develop and maintain custom Frappe applications and modules.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with ERPNext.
- Write efficient Python, JavaScript, and SQL code.
- Design and optimize database queries and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in ERPNext.
- Manage ERPNext upgrades, customizations, deployments, and system maintenance.
- Conduct testing and debugging of new features and customizations.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ERP users.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their ERP requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Mandatory Functional Expertise

- Strong command over at least one core ERPNext module/domain, such as Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Stock,



HRMS, Manufacturing, Projects, or CRM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, workflows, and module configurations within the selected domain.
- Hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation, customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERPNext solutions.
- Experience in workflow, approval, role & permission, report, and dashboard configuration.
- Ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement automation to improve business efficiency.

Qualifications

- Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ERPNext/Frappe development.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least one ERP/business domain.
- Candidates with practical experience in ERP implementation, customization, and business process automation will be preferred.
