We are looking for an ERPNext Expert to join our team and support the implementation, customization, configuration, and maintenance of ERPNext solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of ERPNext and be comfortable working with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ERPNext according to business requirements.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
- Handle ERPNext modules such as Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Manage ERPNext implementations, data migration, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot ERPNext issues and provide technical support.
- Create and modify reports, print formats, workflows, and customizations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during implementation and support.
- Provide user training and documentation when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using ERPNext.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext.
- Good understanding of ERP/business processes.
- Experience with ERPNext implementation and customization.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working with clients is an advantage.
Additional Advantage Knowledge or experience with Zoho Books will be a strong plus.
