Job Summary

We are looking for an Equity Dealer who will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders on behalf of clients through the trading terminal. The candidate will actively communicate with clients, understand their trading requirements, monitor market movements, and provide timely market-related information and trading guidance.

The role requires strong communication skills, good knowledge of the stock market, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



- Execute buy and sell orders accurately on behalf of clients.
- Handle client calls and process trading orders through the terminal.
- Monitor stock prices, market trends, volumes, and market movements.
- Provide clients with timely market updates and trading guidance.
- Conduct post-market client follow-ups and address trading-related queries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify trading opportunities.




- Ensure accurate order execution and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Contribute to achieving trading, revenue, and client-retention targets.

Required Skills

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Equity Dealing / Stock Broking.

Good knowledge of Equity/Stock Market and Trading.

Understanding of buying and selling of shares and basic market concepts.

Knowledge of stock market trends, indices, volumes, and market movements.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong client handling and relationship management skills.

Ability to work with trading terminals and execute orders accurately.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced market workplace.

Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.

Willingness to make regular client calls and follow up with clients after market hours.
