Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build and enhance secure, scalable mobile applications for the Bank's digital channels. The role requires strong hands-on development capability in Flutter and Dart, with responsibility for translating product and business requirements into responsive, maintainable and production-ready mobile experiences. The developer will work closely with backend engineers, product owners, UX teams, QA and security stakeholders to integrate APIs, manage application state, troubleshoot performance issues and support releases across Android and iOS.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an enterprise agile setup where code quality, security, reliability and user experience are equally significant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Convert functional and UI/UX requirements into reusable widgets, modular components and robust application flows.
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication, notifications, analytics and backend services used by digital banking journeys.




- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, release management and production support.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, crash handling and maintainability across Android and iOS devices.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of software development experience with solid recent hands-on Flutter development.
- Strong Dart, Flutter widget lifecycle, navigation, asynchronous programming and state-management knowledge.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON, secure storage, authentication and error handling.
- Good understanding of mobile architecture, Git workflows, debugging, testing and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to collaborate in agile squads and deliver enterprise-grade mobile features.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Experience in banking, fintech or other security-sensitive mobile applications.
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS integration, app-store release processes and mobile security controls.
