Join us in our mission to make wellness fun and accessible! We’re looking for a high-ownership Founders Office professional to drive strategic priorities, streamline cross-functional execution, solve critical business problems, and work closely with the Founder to accelerate company growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as a bridge between the Founder and functional teams, ensuring alignment, transparent communication, ownership, and adherence to key processes across the organization.
- Drive company-wide priorities and strategic initiatives by translating the Founder’s priorities into clear action plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Own the weekly operating cadence by driving cross-functional reviews, tracking commitments and KPIs, identifying slippages, and ensuring timely closure.
- Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks across Product, Supply Chain, Finance, CX, Sales, and other functions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Build scalable processes, SOPs, trackers, and dashboards that establish accountability, improve collaboration, and reduce dependency on individuals.
- Track business performance and support decision-making by analysing key business metrics, identifying deviations, and providing concise insights and recommendations to the Founder.




- Act as the Founder’s problem-solving and execution arm, independently driving high-impact special projects such as product launches, channel expansion, cost optimization, technology implementation, and organizational initiatives from planning to execution.

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or a similar high-ownership role, preferably in a D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or startup environment.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive execution, build processes, and solve ambiguous business problems with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business metrics, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership/founders in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.
