Telepie.com is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to take ownership, work directly with the Founder, and help build our enterprise sales function.

? Location: Delhi NCR | On-site

? Industry: CPaaS / Business Messaging / SaaS

? Business Development Manager – Enterprise Sales

Experience: 2–5 Years

? Fixed Salary: ₹4.5–5 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives

? Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales

Experience: 1–4 Years

? Fixed Salary: ₹3–4 Lakh per annum + Performance-Based Incentives

What you’ll do

- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build relationships with CXOs, Founders, IT, Marketing & Business Heads
- Understand customer requirements and position customized CPaaS solutions
- Build and manage the sales pipeline
- Work closely with our technology team to create customized solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

We’re looking for

- Strong B2B / Enterprise Sales experience




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Consultative selling mindset

• Experience in CPaaS, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, Voice, APIs or SaaS is a strong advantage

- Someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-growing startup workplace
