Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support a global ERP transformation program spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP-related initiatives while ensuring alignment across business, technology, and external partner teams. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with experience managing complex ERP programs in multinational environments.
The ERP Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and technology teams to drive successful project delivery.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget considerations.
- Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, vendors, and leaders across H&P.;
- Drive accountability for deliverables and project milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder
Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
- Communicate project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and strategic business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners. Program and Delivery Management - Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Partner with system integrators, software vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address schedule, quality, and resource concerns.
- Support global ERP deployment activities and business process transformation initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and drive issue resolution across multiple workstreams. Risk and Issue Management - Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans for critical project challenges.
- Escalate significant risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution.
- Promote proactive problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. PMO and Reporting - Prepare executive-level project status reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Track project metrics, milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate project audits, reviews, and stage-gate approvals as required.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years managing ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed global teams.
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes, including: Finance Procurement Supply Chain Inventory Management Asset Integrity/Maintenance IT - Proven experience managing third-party implementation partners and vendors.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, AI platforms, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations in drilling, manufacturing, energy, industrial, engineering, or shared services environments.
- Experience with finance transformation initiatives and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle FCCS, SAP BPC, Power BI, or similar analytics and performance management platforms.
- Experience working across North America, Europe, and Middle East business operations.
