Looking for a 3-Member Deep-Tech Engineering Team | 3-Month Pilot

At Ciiindion , we are developing an exciting deep-tech product and are looking for a group of three talented engineers to work with us on a 3-month pilot project .

We are looking for a team covering these three complementary areas:

1. AI/ML Engineer: Behaviour modelling, Sequence modelling & prediction, SDS, Intent modelling, LLMs / GenAI

2. Backend / Data Engineer: Mock services, Service adapters, Event pipelines, APIs, Data processing & integration

3. Software Developer : Cloud platforms, Docker / containers, OpenTelemetry (OTel), Kong / API Gateway, Automation & orchestration

?‍? Who we're looking for

- 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience (experience can be 0 engineers from institute of repute with relevant skills)
- Robust engineering fundamentals
- Experience of building and integrating real systems
- Comfortable working across technologies and solving ambiguous problems
- Most importantly: a “get-it-done” attitude

This is not a typical maintenance or outsourcing project.



You'll get to work on some genuinely interesting deep-tech problems and build something from the ground up. ? Working Model

- 3-month pilot engagement
- Cloud-based workspace, including email and collaboration tools
- Team can work remotely from anywhere
- Engineers should have their own development devices and network connectivity
- Preferred base: Delhi NCR

? Engagement Time & Material (T&M;) is preferred, but we are open to discussing a turnkey engagement with the right team/company.

Based on the pilot experience, there is potential for a longer-term engagement and an expanded scope of work .
