N n1. Delivery and Engineering Management

NA thorough Project & Delivery Management professional with Engineering Management approach.

NExperience of working in Software Product Engineering or Outsourced Product Delivery Models will be a great advantage.

NExperience of Managing large teams and ability to scale the team.

NComplex Stakeholder Management and working in matrix organization.

NQuantifiable Delivery andRisk Management using dashboards, measures and metrics.

NExperience of handling Fixed Price, T&M; and Hybrid T&M; type of engagements

N n2. Customer Management

NStrong passion for customer success

NExperience of connecting and managing C-level executives in customer organization

NAbility to strike good rapport and connect with a strategic intent.

NUnderstand customer strategy and advise customer on their strategic direction.

N n3. Account Management,Presales and Business Orientation

NStrong Business Acumen and should be number oriented pertaining to account growth revenues, profitability, contributions and utilisation.





NParticipate in estimations and proposals for existing and new customers.

N n4. People Management

NExperience of Managing engineering teams and potential to scale further.

NMentor key people and rapid track candidates and thus contribute to build leadership pipeline.

NWork consistently on skill development of engineers.

N n5. Technology and Domain Knowledge

NGood Technology landscapeoverview including Cloud and DevOps.

NAbility to effectively multitask and review projects with wide variety and size. A sample project could be a start-up of 5 team members to a customer engagement with 100 plus people team.

NEqually Proficient in Managing Complex Products with Modern Architecture/Technology Stack and Product Implementation and Support Projects

NExperience of guiding andcollaborating with recruitment teams to staff aggressive customer requirements.

NExperience of Owning key operational parameters for the entire delivery organization including Utilization and Resource Pyramids

NHands on Development, Design and Architecture experience an added advantage
