Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Engineering Head to lead the technology and engineering function for a digital wallet and blockchain platform. The role will own engineering strategy, architecture, product development, scalability, security, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and scale the engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
- Define technology strategy, architecture, engineering roadmap, and best practices.
- Build and scale secure, high-availability digital wallet and blockchain platforms.
- Drive blockchain, wallet, payments, transaction processing, and financial integrations.
- Ensure strong security, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with Product, Business, Security, Risk, and Compliance leadership.




- Drive engineering excellence, DevOps/SRE, automation, and operational reliability.

Ideal Candidate

- 17+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
- Proven experience as Engineering Head / VP Engineering / CTO / equivalent.
- Strong background in FinTech, payments, digital wallets, blockchain, digital assets, or banking platforms.
- Solid expertise in distributed systems, cloud, microservices, APIs, and high-scale transaction platforms.
- Good understanding of blockchain architecture, wallets, smart contracts, security, and key management.
- Strong people leadership, architecture, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
