Role & responsibilities

- Undergo structured training in Solar PV systems, Projects, Installation, Commissioning, and Service.

- Assist engineers in field work, project execution, site inspections, installation, testing, and commissioning.

- Support troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective service activities at project and customer sites.

- Gain practical knowledge of solar modules, inverters, cables, protection systems, and monitoring systems.

- Assist in preparing project reports, checklists, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with site teams, technicians, vendors, and customers as required.

- Follow company safety standards and project procedures during field and site activities.

- Travel to project sites and customer locations as required.

- Demonstrate technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.

- Upon successful completion of training and probation, placement will be in the Projects or Service Department based on performance, aptitude, and organizational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- .Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical,



or related engineering disciplines.

- Freshers / recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Strong interest in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry.

- Willingness to undertake field work and travel to project/customer sites.

- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to site environments.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an added advantage.
