Role & responsibilities To manage procurement activities encompassing materials, plant services, and subcontractsensuring timely availability, cost optimization, and vendor reliability in alignment with project schedules and business objective.
1. Manage end-to-end scrap inventory tracking and disposal activities.
2. Coordinate scrap auctions, tenders, and sales with approved buyers
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
4. Maintain accurate scrap records, documentation, and disposal reports.
5. Maintain the documents and MIS reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
1. B Tech / Diploma in any discipline with 3+years of work experience
2. Good understanding about different types of Scrap
3. Experience in end-to-end SCM process related scrap disposal management
4. Hands-on experience in e-procurement tools (SAP/Ariba)
5. Valuable knowledge about Market dynamics related to scrap
