Applicant should be Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 5years' experience in Quality Control and inspection of Casting, or Forging or , Fabrication and machining components.
- Should have process knowledge of Fabrication and Machining.
- Should have process knowledge of Casting and Forging.
- Should have hands on experience in precision measurement & handling measuring instruments.
- Should have Hands on Experience in Inspection of castings,
NDT on Castings .
- Should have knowledge of ASME Sec 9, WPS and PQR.
- Should have knowledge of material Grades of CS , AS and SS
- Should be Qualified in ASNT level II certification in NDT techniques - VT , UT, MT, RT and PT.
- Should have experience in Preparation of QAP and Inspection protocol/CTQ's.
- Should be an internal auditor in ISO 9001. preferable
- Should have Valuable Communication skills and comfortable to work in team.
- Should have knowledge of steam Turbine and Generators components. Preferable
- Should have knowledge of investigative techniques- 7 QC tools ,8D , RCA ect ...
