Role overview

Plan and execute rigorous component, subsystem and vehicle-level validation to ensure performance, reliability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare DVPs, test methods, instrumentation and test assets
- Execute lab, rig, proving-ground or vehicle tests
- Analyse data, failures and root causes
- Publish reports and drive issue closure with design teams

Candidate profile

Engineering professional with 2–9 years of relevant experience in Engine Testing. Solid practical evidence in engine calibration, engine testing, NVH,



durability, instrumentation, test planning. Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, mobility or an adjacent product-engineering environment is preferred.

Location and inclusion

Primary work location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidates from Chennai and across Tamil Nadu will receive priority outreach. Professionals currently in Chennai, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Hosur, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Pune, Indore, NCR who are open to relocate to Chennai are encouraged to apply.
