Role & responsibilities

- Handle electrical maintenance of production machines, panels, motors, and control systems.
- Attend and troubleshoot electrical breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, VFDs, and control panels.
- Monitor electrical parameters and ensure protected operation of machines.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with the production team for maintenance activities and machine availability.
- Follow electrical safety, 5S, and plant safety procedures.
- Assist in identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers when required.
