Job Purpose To perform basic and detailed engineering activities, including calculations, equipment selection, and the creation of engineering models and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet internal stakeholder and customer requirements, within defined timelines and budgets, while adhering to Everllence quality standards.

Key responsibilities

- Create 3D/2D models in NX based on engineering inputs.
- Evaluate existing designs and develop cost‑effective solutions for castings, forgings, machined and fabricated components.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings and provide inputs for analysis; incorporate FEA results where applicable.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.




- Participate in internal kick‑off meetings to clarify technical requirements.
- Deliver work aligned to FTR, OTD, and productivity KPIs.
- Support New Sales and After‑Sales activities (retrofits, refurbishments, footprint replacement).
- Contribute to process improvements and guideline updates based on lessons learned.

Desirable Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in turbomachinery / rotating equipment, with exposure to Steam Turbines (preferred), Compressors, or Gas Turbines.
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling and drafting using NX and AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in basic & detailed engineering, including concepts, manufacturing drawings,
- BOMs, and CFT evaluations. Design experience for turbine/compressor components such as blades, vanes, casings, rotors, base frames, and structural supports.
- Experience in assembly design, tolerance stack-up analysis, and technical documentation.
- Exposure to footprint replacement, refurbishing, reverse engineering, and technical support during assembly & commissioning.
