Job Role

- Billing Engineer

- Prepare and manage Client RA Billing for residential and commercial building projects.

- Prepare and verify Sub-Contractor Bills as per work executed and agreed BOQ.

- Prepare and maintain Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).

- Prepare and verify Measurement Books (MB).

- Handle BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, and billing documentation.

- Carry out reconciliation of materials, quantities, and work executed.

- Coordinate with site teams and clients for measurements, billing, and approvals.

- Conduct site visits across Delhi NCR as required, approximately 2–3 days per week.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills and supporting documents.

- Independently handle Government and Private RA Billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate client RA bills based on site measurements and BOQ.

- Verify subcontractor bills and ensure quantities match executed work.

- Prepare BBS, MB, BOQ, and reconciliation statements.

- Coordinate with project and site teams for measurement verification.

- Identify discrepancies in quantities, measurements, and billing documents.





- Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, and supporting documents.

- Visit construction sites in Delhi NCR for measurement and billing-related activities.

- Ensure billing work is completed accurately within project timelines.

Software & Technical Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel.

- AutoCAD.

- BBS preparation.

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, MB, RA Billing, and reconciliation.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in building projects.

- Must have independently handled Government or Private RA Billing.

- Experience in residential and commercial building projects preferred.

- Robust knowledge of construction billing and quantity measurement.

Job Details

- Location: South Delhi Office + Construction Sites across Delhi NCR.

- Work Arrangement: Work from office with site visits 2–3 days per week.

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on interview and experience.

- Joining: Immediate / within 15 days maximum.
