- Handle customer queries via email and voice channels




- Provide accurate package information and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain records of all interactions and follow company compliance

Eligibility:
- Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good Hindi communication and typing skills
- Experience Candidates ONLY

Shift Timings:
- 8 AM – 8 PM (Any 9 Hours) only day shift
