Must-Have Skills - 15+ years of relevant experience in higher-education ERP / Enterprise Architecture.

- Robust Ellucian Banner knowledge.
- Enterprise architecture and ERP modernization experience.
- SaaS, cloud and hybrid architecture experience.
- Integration/API and data architecture knowledge.
- IAM architecture experience including SSO, MFA, RBAC and federation.
- Cybersecurity architecture knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication. Good to Have - Banner SaaS modernization
