Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Elevator/Car Parking Technical Trainers and an HR–PMS Manager.

Technical

Trainers will conduct classroom and on-the-job training for technicians and engineers on elevator and car parking systems, including installation, operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. They will develop training materials, update technical manuals, evaluate trainee performance, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. The HR–PMS Manager will design and implement performance management systems, support competency mapping, manage training calendars, and coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs.



The role involves regular collaboration across technical and HR teams, maintaining accurate training and performance records, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

- Strong technical training capabilities, including experience as Technical Trainers with expertise in Technical Training for machinery, elevators, or related engineering domains.
- Proficiency in Training & Development, including designing training programs, conducting Training sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Excellent Communication skills for delivering clear instructions, preparing training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in HR performance management systems (PMS), including goal setting, performance appraisal processes, and competency-based evaluation.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; HR qualifications (MBA/PGDM in HR or similar) are an advantage for the PMS Manager component.
- Familiarity with elevator and car parking technologies, safety standards, and statutory compliance related to machinery operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple training batches, and maintain detailed documentation of training and performance records.
- Prior experience in industrial training, manufacturing, building services, or machinery companies is preferred.
