Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical / Electronics

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team
- Handle breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Electrical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Implement CAPA for recurring breakdowns
- Monitor MTTR, MTBF & OEE
- Ensure electrical safety and LOTO compliance
- Coordinate with Production and other maintenance teams
- Maintain maintenance reports and documentation

Preferred Industry Experience Laminates / Plywood / Door / Flooring / Automotive / Manufacturing

Preferred Machine Exposure

CNC Machines | Hot Press | UV Coating | Paint Shop | Beam Saw | Unicut Saw | Sanding | Grinding | Polishing | Dust Collector | Compressors | UPS
