Job Summary : We are looking for a reliable and motivated Electrical Supervisor (Trainee) to support the electrical maintenance and daily operations at our Rice Bran - Oil Extraction Plant. Working under the direction of the Electrical Supervisor, you will assist in routine inspections, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous, safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist senior electricians and supervisors with preventive and routine maintenance of motors, MCC panels, transformers, VFDs, and lighting systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical wiring, switches, sockets, and fixtures.
- Help monitor electrical panels and report unusual noise, overheating,



or equipment faults immediately.
- Follow strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and wearing proper PPE.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored.
- Support the team during emergency breakdown repairs and shift operations.
