Role Description The Electrical Engineering Manager will oversee electrical design and engineering activities for projects supporting Esse India’s operations and facilities in Abroad. This full-time, on-site role includes leading the development and review of electrical drawings, specifications, and layouts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and best practices. The manager will guide a team of electrical engineers and technicians, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical mentorship.

Daily responsibilities involve analyzing power systems and electricity distribution, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and preparing reports and documentation on system performance and improvements.



The role also includes planning preventive maintenance, optimizing energy usage, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess experience in Electrical Design, including layout planning, drawing review, and specification development.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems, including distribution networks, load analysis, and protection systems.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults and performance issues.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; a master’s degree or skilled certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing electrical engineering teams or projects, ideally in commercial or office facility environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements applicable in India.
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, and manage multiple projects and deadlines with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
