Electrical Engineer – Design & Build

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical & ELV Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential interior/turnkey projects. The candidate should be capable of handling electrical design, detailed drawings, BOQ, estimation and site coordination, along with basic ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Electrical Working Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Lighting, Power, DB, SLD, Load Schedule, Cable Routing and Earthing layouts.
- Prepare accurate Electrical BOQ, quantity take-off and material estimates.
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, interior, HVAC, plumbing, fire and ceiling drawings.
- Review drawings and provide technical support to the site execution team.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Check electrical materials, quantities and technical specifications.
- Prepare as-built drawings, snag lists and handover documentation.




- Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

ELV Experience Required Candidates should have working knowledge/experience in:
- FAS – Fire Alarm System

- CCTV System
- PA System – Public Address
- Networking / Data & IT Systems
- CAT6 / Fiber cabling and cable routing
- ELV layouts, BOQ and quantity estimation

Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- MS Excel – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of electrical materials and installation practices
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
- Good knowledge of electrical load calculations and BOQ preparation
- Valuable site coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate The candidate should be hands-on in both Design and Site Execution and capable of handling the complete process: Design → Detailed Drawings → Load Calculation → BOQ → Procurement Support → Site Execution → Testing & Commissioning → Handover
