Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Drafter role based in Indore.

The Electrical

Draftsman will prepare detailed electrical drawings and layouts for projects under the guidance of electrical engineers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable standards. Day-to-day work includes creating and updating electrical plans, diagrams, and schematics, coordinating with project engineers and other drafters, and maintaining organized drawing records. The role also involves reviewing design inputs, incorporating revisions, checking for technical consistency,



and supporting documentation for project approvals and execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering to interpret requirements and support accurate drafting.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Plans to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant layouts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Technical Drawing, including the use of CAD or similar drafting tools, to create clear and accurate diagrams.
- Relevant ITI or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with experience in drafting or design for industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, standards, and engineering documentation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with national electrical codes and safety practices; prior experience in consulting or engineering firms is an advantage.
