Position- Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Electrical

Experience: 4-5 Years

Salary: 40,000- 45,000 CTC per month

Job Location: Satara

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Use predictive tools (appearance, vibration analysis, overheating) to detect early failures.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures (Furnace, Conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors, PLCs)
- Reduction in breakdowns through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Control spare parts inventory and optimize consumption to reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and regulatory standards, IATF 16949, Relevant customer manual requirements.
- Support for current equipment introduction, installation, test runs.
- Lead Continuous Improvement, Drive digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Periodically calibration / Inspection / Testing of equipments.

AUTHORITIES

- Approval of material issue slip for concerned material
- Recommendation of leave / over time to subordinates
- Stop unsafe operations, enforce compliance with safety standards.
