Key Responsibilities
As an EIR, you’ll work closely with the leadership team across various problem statements.
It is a hardcore 0 to 1 role. The learnings will be incomparable but it will test your grit and perseverance, so you should apply for this role only if

In 12-18 months, this role will transition into a Business/Product/Operations lead role. Key Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation from tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS)
- 1 year to 5 years of work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a stronger bias for action
- Ability to absorb ambiguity and uncertainty
