Product / Technical Program Manager - AI Security (Principal Engineer Equivalent) :

Role Purpose :

The Product / Technical Program Manager - AI Security, Principal is a senior execution and strategy role responsible for owning large, multi-year AI security programmes that span advanced research, platform engineering, and enterprise deployment.

The role operates at a system level, shaping programme structure, sequencing, and decision-making to ensure AI security initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with long-term technology and risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end execution of complex AI security programmes across research, engineering, and platform teams.
- Translate AI security strategy and research direction into multi-phase programme roadmaps and execution plans.
- Drive alignment between programme goals, technical architecture, and platform delivery milestones.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across concurrent AI security initiatives.
- Partner closely with senior technical leaders to guide prioritisation and sequencing of work.
- Establish programme governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.
- Ensure readiness of AI security solutions for internal adoption, deployment, and scaling.




- Mentor junior programme managers and contribute to overall delivery maturity.

Required Technical & Domain Skills :

- Strong system-level understanding of AI/ML platforms, security-sensitive architectures, and data-driven systems.
- Ability to engage deeply with AI researchers and senior engineers on complex technical topics.
- Experience managing programmes that include research, experimentation, and productisation.
- Familiarity with AI security, model risk, compliance, or safety-critical technology domains.
- Advanced programme governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications &

Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in technical programme management, platform delivery, or complex technology execution roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning large, cross-functional programmes with senior stakeholder engagement.
