1. Lead overall EHS strategy for the formulation plant in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
2. Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Setting Protection Act, OSHA, PESO, SPCB, CPCB and other applicable regulations.
3. Drive process safety management (PSM) including HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, MOC, incident investigation, and risk assessments.
4. Lead safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
