The Team The AI and Hybrid Infrastructure team sits at the core of Deloitte’s technology-enabled transformation agenda. We advise clients on where and how to modernize their infrastructure landscape — spanning data centers, hybrid and multi-cloud platforms, networks, and AI-enabled infrastructure — to support business growth, resilience, and innovation.

Our work is strategy-led and outcome-oriented, focused on helping executives make clear, data-driven decisions on topics such as:

- AI Infrastructure strategy
- AI Economics / Tokenomics strategy
- Hybrid Cloud strategy
- Enterprise Infrastructure and platform enablement
- Legacy modernization and technical debt reduction
- Cost optimization, resilience, and scalability
- Technology operating model and governance design
- AI / Hybrid Cloud sourcing strategies

Strategy professionals in this team act as trusted advisors to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders, translating complex business problems into actionable technology choices. We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants who combine strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of contemporary infrastructure and AI ecosystems.

Work You Will Do

As part of the AI and Hybrid Infrastructure Strategy team, you will work with clients to shape and execute their AI infrastructure and platform strategies across hybrid environments (Cloud. On-premise, Edge) ensuring alignment with broader business and digital transformation goals.

Your responsibilities will include supporting enterprise infrastructure and AI platform strategies (including hybrid and multi-cloud adoption roadmaps, investment prioritization, and value realization cases), advising clients on high-level AI-ready infrastructure architectures, designing target-state technology operating models, compute and token consumption strategies, including trade-offs between cost, performance, scalability and conducting strategic assessment and diagnostics across infrastructure, AI platforms and MLOps. This role provides exposure to complex, high-visibility transformation programs and enables you to build deep expertise at the intersection of strategy, AI,



and enterprise infrastructure in a client-facing consulting environment.

Required Experience And Skills

- Ability to translate complex infrastructure and AI architecture concepts into clear business value narratives for executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of how infrastructure, cloud, data and AI investments drive growth, cost efficiency, risk reduction, and operational resilience
- Ability to articulate emerging trends, best practices, and strategic implications of AI infrastructure and hybrid cloud adoption across industries
- Infrastructure, Cloud and AI domain knowledge:
- Foundational understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid / multi-cloud architectures
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, inference) and concepts such as tokens, RAG, LLMs, Vector Databases etc.
- Understanding of cost drivers in AI and infrastructure (e.g., compute, storage, token usage, cloud consumption models) and ability to support cost-benefit analysis and TCO evaluations
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, platforms, frameworks, ecosystems (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, NVIDIA AI platforms) and their infrastructure implications
- Understanding of key compliance, security, and regulatory standards relevant to Infrastructure and AI environments (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Architecture & Transformation Experience: Candidates are required to have at least one full project experience in either one or more of the following areas:
- AI or cloud infrastructure strategy, architecture, or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Design or assessment of AI/ML platforms, MLOps workflows, or AI-ready infrastructure environments
- Infrastructure modernization, cost optimization, or operating model transformation programs
- AI Economics and optimization
- Exposure to integrating compute, networking, and storage capabilities to support scalable AI or cloud workloads, with an emphasis on architectural decision-making rather than hands-on operations
- Experience supporting ecosystem-driven solutions and working with technology partners to shape solution options and recommendations
- Ability to support benchmarking, performance assessments, and business case development to inform infrastructure and AI investment decisions
- Experience defining target operating models (TOMs), roadmaps, governance frameworks, and process designs
- Exposure to security, governance, and compliance considerations across infrastructure and AI stacks
- Interest in contributing to internal knowledge development, POVs, or client thought leadership as part of broader practice growth
- Exposure to working with non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and / or interacting with Global stakeholders

- Logical structuring - structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of client problems
- Deadline-oriented and quality focused - develop and own development of deliverables. Own and manage specific work-thread, develop plans for components of engagement, manage and mentor junior resources
- Collaboration - Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Be able to prioritize tasks, manage change in scope, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate

- Network - ability to chart one’s own career and build networks within the organization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM Field (ex.

Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) from a premier school in India or abroad

- MBA, MS, M. Tech. from a premier school in India or abroad, with a background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.
- 4+ years (for Senior Consultants) of relevant experience in in roles involving technology strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or large-scale infrastructure and cloud initiatives
- Relevant certifications in hybrid cloud/AI infrastructure space would be nice to have (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISM, CISSP, CEH)
