As an EBA, you will have the opportunity to identify, build and lead a business as an entrepreneur , while leveraging Eggfirst's existing capabilities, infrastructure, talent and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As an Eggfirst Business Associate, you will be responsible for:





- Identifying and developing new business opportunities / verticals
- Developing the business proposition, revenue model and go-to-market strategy
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients / partners
- Leveraging your professional network and industry relationships to generate business
- Acquiring and managing key clients and strategic relationships
- Building and leading the team required to execute and scale the business
- Taking ownership of the venture's revenue, profitability and overall P&L;
- Developing strategic partnerships and new channels for growth
- Driving the business from idea → market validation → first revenue → sustainable business → scale
- Taking end-to-end ownership of the venture and its growth
