About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for counselling, and the ability to guide students/professionals toward the right educational programs.

? Key Responsibilities:• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational requirements

- Explain courses, programs, fees, and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
- Achieve assigned counselling and enrollment targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective students

? Requirements:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing and counselling abilities




- Sales/counselling experience will be an advantage
- Candidates from Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Psychology, or related backgrounds are preferred
- Comfortable working with targets
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred

? OJT Period:? 13–15 Days OJT Period

During the OJT period, candidates will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to the counselling and sales process. Performance will be evaluated during the OJT before confirmation for the role.
