Role Description The Educational Content Creator will design and develop engaging, structured learning materials for online courses, bootcamps, webinars, and corporate training programs.

Responsibilities include researching topics across AI, data, technology, careers, and digital skills; creating lesson plans, scripts, presentations, and assessments; and adapting complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly content. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy, alignment with learning outcomes, and consistency with PPStack’s brand and pedagogy.

The Educational Content

Creator will also optimize content for digital platforms, update materials based on learner feedback and industry trends, and support content publishing and documentation.



This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

- Ability to design educational content and curricula, including lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessments for online and blended learning environments.
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather, validate, and synthesize information from credible academic, technical, and industry sources.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities to produce transparent, concise, and structured educational materials (course modules, scripts, guides, and worksheets).
- Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation (presentation software, learning management systems, documentation tools, and collaborative platforms).
- Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learner engagement strategies for diverse audiences.
- Comfort working with technology topics (e.g., AI, data, cloud, or related digital skills) or willingness to learn and research them thoroughly.
- Detail orientation, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, trainers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in EdTech, online education, or training content development is an advantage.
