– Education Counsellor Position: Education Counsellor Department: Student Admissions / Sales Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full time Experience: 0–3 Years About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting the right courses based on their career goals, interests, and skills. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals about available training programs. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, batches, and career opportunities. Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. Convert leads into course admissions through effective communication and counselling.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students. Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team when required.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.

Required





SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counselling abilities. Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable speaking with students and working professionals over the phone. QualificationAny Graduate / Post Graduate. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Training Institutes, Telecalling, or Sales is an added advantage.
