Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and drive enrollments for IT & Cyber Security training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, sales and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students and explain training programs and career opportunities.

Handle student inquiries, counselling and regular follow-ups.

Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve admission targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students.

Achieve weekly and monthly admission and engagement targets.

Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth course delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and student feedback.

Support marketing,



outreach and lead-generation activities when required.

Guide students regarding certification courses, internships and career opportunities.

Ensure a positive student onboarding and support experience.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong pitching, persuasion and conversion abilities.

Good customer/student relationship-management skills.

Understanding of sales processes and client handling.

Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Basic knowledge of IT training / EdTech industry is preferred.

Confident, proactive and self-motivated personality.
